Today brings an upgraded Support center with FAQs and quick metrics, hierarchical goal planning in Atlas, and improved treatment editing with proper public cover displays.

Creator Studio

• Characters, locations, props, and scenes now update instantly in real time across team members.
• Treatment beats can now be appended, reordered, deleted, and customized with dedicated poster images.
• Collections can now be deleted directly from the interface.

Atlas EMS

• Goals can now be organized into structured trees of outcomes, milestones, and tasks with progress weighting.

Support

• New support dashboard shows ticket volume, active progress, and reply times at a glance.
• A searchable FAQ section lets you find answers to common questions before opening a ticket.
• General questions and how-to inquiries now receive automated direct guidance based on documentation.

ProMediaFlow

• Shared project and treatment pages now display full 16:9 cover artwork in the hero section.
• Wardrobe and lookbook cards on public pages now use a 9:16 aspect ratio to show full-body imagery without cropping.
• Treatment beats on shared views now display their complete written text instead of only automatic titles.
• You can now log in via the companion bot by entering an email verification code instead of clicking a link.
